Marty has been an active real estate professional since 1985, and heads up our Property Maintenance and service division. He also performs property inspection services for our clients. Marty is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate, Building Contractor CBC 1254369, and a licensed Inspector HI 1956. Marty is also a licensed Florida Auctioneer AU 3746.

Marty Jr also owns and operates M A Untch Enterprises Inc, General Contractors, which has been in business since 1983. Marty is a skilled tradesman himself, and offers over 40 years of experience in construction and renovations.

Laurie is an active real estate professional and has lived in Fort Myers, FL for 10 years. Her experiences include a  Bachelor of Arts ( BA ), Business Adm. & Accounting, Minor in Economics. She spent 30 years as a business analyst and relationship manager with Dun & Bradstreet Inc. She also worked as an Office Manager for a local Contracting Co., adding to her experiences the knowledge of construction in Florida. She has also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Golden Palms Luxury Motorcoach Resort which provides her a wealth of knowledge about RV Properties.
